DIRECTIONS

From the east leave A55 at junction 9, taking A487 signposted "Bangor" to the roundabout near the Antelope Inn, then take the first exit sign-posted "Holyhead A5" and "Athletics Track" but DO NOT cross the Menai Suspension Bridge but take a sharp left, following the road past a small industrial estate and then entering a private road between two stone pillars, follow this road through the Botanic Gardens and carry straight on through the entrance to the Sports Ground. Changing rooms are in the Pavilion, a large red painted building outside which is a large parking area. Please advise beforehand if travelling by coach to reserve space
